2. Campaign Period

The campaign runs during We are Pregnant 2026:
April 10, 2026 to April 12, 2026.

Participation is only possible with a purchase at the BackBuddy exhibition stand during this period.

3. Participation & Conditions

You participate when you:

  1. make a purchase at BackBuddy during the campaign period;
  2. fill in your name and email address;
  3. agree to:
  • subscription to the BackBuddy newsletter;
  • these campaign conditions.

One participation is allowed per purchase. Participation is only possible for persons aged 18 years or older.

4. Prize: Winning back the purchase amount

Among all valid participants, one winner will be selected who will win back the purchase amount of the relevant purchase.

  • The amount to be won back is the amount actually paid for BackBuddy product(s) at the fair.
  • Any shipping costs and/or other additional costs are not included in the prize.
  • The maximum amount to be won back is equal to the purchase amount on the proof of payment of the winning purchase (maximum €79.95).

5. Drawing & Announcement

The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.

The winner will be notified by email on March 1, 2026.
No correspondence will be entered into with third parties regarding the result.

6. Payout

After the announcement, the won amount will be transferred within 14 days to the bank account number provided by the winner.

  • Payout will only take place via bank transfer.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash/vouchers other than the refund of the purchase amount.

7. Newsletter & Privacy

By participating, you give permission for:

  • subscription to the BackBuddy newsletter;
  • processing of your personal data for this campaign (drawing, contact with winner) and for newsletter/marketing purposes.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails.

8. Exclusion & Misuse

BackBuddy may exclude participants in case of (suspected) misuse, fraud, incorrect data or participation that does not comply with these conditions.

9. Liability

BackBuddy is not liable for:

  • technical malfunctions;
  • incorrectly entered contact details;
  • loss or illegibility of submitted entry forms.

10. Modification or Termination

BackBuddy may change or terminate the campaign or conditions if circumstances make this necessary. The most recent version is available on this page.

11. Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to this campaign.
