You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, in accordance with the right of withdrawal for consumers.

Return conditions

• The product is unused, undamaged and – if reasonably possible – in its original packaging.
• Products that have been used, tested or are no longer in a resalable condition are not eligible for return.

The personal data provided in the context of a return request will be:

• used exclusively for processing the return and refund
• not shared with third parties, unless this is necessary for the execution (e.g. a payment or shipping service)
• not stored longer than legally necessary

Return costs

• The costs for return shipping are at the consumer's expense.
• We recommend returning the product with a shipping method that includes track & trace.

Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
