• Spot clean small stains with water, mild soap, and a cloth.
• Only hand wash if necessary in cold to lukewarm water (max. 30°C) and not in the washing machine.
• Use a mild detergent.
• Do not machine wash.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not iron.
• Do not dry clean.
• Air dry flat for 48-72 hours.
  Due to the high-quality memory foam core, drying time may be longer - this is normal.
• Do not wring or squeeze, but blot with a dry towel.

Arms through the loops

Thread both of the baby's arms through the shoulder loops, as if the baby is wearing a backpack.
Check that the loops are comfortable and not twisted.

Fastening the chest strap

Close the additional horizontal strap across the baby's chest.
This chest strap provides extra stability and prevents shifting.

Adjusting to size

Use the buckles to adjust the shoulder loops and chest strap to the baby's body size.
The BackBuddy should fit snugly.

Check before use

• Check that all buckles are securely fastened
• Ensure the BackBuddy is sitting straight
